
Santiago joined Monty & Ramirez LLP’s labor and employment group in 2024. Santiago advises and advocates on behalf of employers on a variety of issues, including National Labor Relations Board matters, OSHA compliance, workplace policies, I-9 compliance, administrative hearings, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission compliance, and more.
Santiago was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and grew up in San Antonio, Texas. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse client base. Santiago earned his Bachelor’s degree in History from Texas A&M University, where he also received a Certificate of Ethical Leadership from the Hollingsworth Center. Santiago attended the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC), where he served as president of the Latinx Law Students Association and was a board member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution team.
