Born in Medellin, Colombia, Veronica’s journey to the U.S. at a young age not only shaped her life, but her calling. Witnessing firsthand the complexities and emotional toll of the U.S. immigration system, Veronica developed a deep-rooted passion for advocating on behalf of immigrants, which led her to becoming an immigration attorney.
 
Veronica began her career as an Attorney Advisor with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), where she gained invaluable insight into immigration court procedures and judicial decision-making in a variety of complex immigration matters. Veronica brings a fresh perspective to Monty & Ramirez LLP; her experience at EOIR informs her strategic and empathetic approach to client representation, allowing her to anticipate challenges and craft compelling legal arguments.
