• A minimum investment of $1.05 million, with a reduction to $800,000 in a targeted employment area
• Creation of at least 10 full-time jobs for qualifying U.S. workers
• A choice between direct investment in a qualifying business or investment through a regional center approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
• Permanent residence for the investor and eligible family members upon approval
