I-9 Audit

Partner Daniel N. Ramirez conducted a comprehensive, voluntary I-9 audit for a multi-location employer designed to simulate an ICE investigation and identify compliance vulnerabilities before government scrutiny. Through the audit, Daniel uncovered numerous technical and substantive errors, implemented corrective measures, and strengthened the employer’s immigration compliance procedures. As a result, the employer was able to address deficiencies proactively and significantly reduce its potential exposure to six-figure fines that could have been assessed during an actual ICE inspection.
